Great list of horror stories some of them are new to me. Loved reading the excerpt, really great.
Not much of a horror flick or book person… but I remember reading a bunch of Edgar Allen Poe’s stuff in Junior High along with Shakespeare’s tragedies…
I am going to try that Thursday Thirteen thing but I think it is too late now.
I’m usually too chicken to pick up much horror, Kate, but I have read a few on that list–funny to see A Christmas Carol listed as horror 😉

Yummy excerpt Kate!
Also excellent choices for horror stories, I’m partial to the Vincent Price horror movies too. I LOVE DR. Phibes, such a sick sense of humor .
