(I adjusted the punctuation on a sentence to fit the limit.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/kate-hill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/covercomingsoon.jpg?zoom=0.75&amp;resize=200%2C300\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>\u201cI mean don\u2019t go all alpha, hurt-her-and-I\u2019ll-kick-your-ass on him. Remember, I\u2019m going to spend the rest of my life with this person, and I\u2019d rather not have the two of you hate each other.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>\u201cWhat does it matter? You\u2019ve already made up your mind about him. Do you think he\u2019ll want us to keep hanging out?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>\u201cBelieve it or not, Jeff, some people are sane enough to accept that men and women can be just friends.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>\u201cI accept that,\u201d he said. She raised an eyebrow and he insisted, \u201cI do.
