This week’s snippet is from my latest release, Snake Charmer (Confessions 1). It picks up where last week’s snippet left off, with Skye questioning why Eric wants to spend the night on the couch.<\/p>\n
He pauses and turns to me, one hand resting on the doorjamb. \u201cI didn\u2019t want to make any assumptions.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThe bed is way more comfortable than that lumpy old couch.\u201d I smile wolfishly and pat the mattress beside me. \u201cUnless you don\u2019t want to stay?\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n He saunters back and climbs under the covers, keeping to his side of the bed. \u201cNot into cuddling, huh?\u201d A lot of guys aren\u2019t, but werewolves are different. I might be a rogue, but that wolfish pleasure of sleeping close to another warm body is still innate in me.
