Top 3 Haunted House Movies
There are so many great ghost movies. Some are scary. Others are funny. Sometimes the ghosts are real. Other times there is a different explanation. These are my top 3 haunted house movies. This list doesn’t include movies that have other haunted buildings or houses that are haunted by demons or entities other than ghosts.
What are your favorite haunted house movies?
1) The Haunting (1999) – A study goes wrong when four people are trapped in a mansion with a violent past.
2) Crimson Peak (2015) – A young woman is lured by an attractive stranger to a battered old mansion haunted by secrets.
3) The Ghost and Mr. Chicken (1966) – An anxious man with a wild imagination agrees to stay for one night in a mansion that is rumored to be haunted.

I want to see Crimson Peak. I’ve been dying to see it ever since it was released, but no one wants to watch it with me and I’m too chicken to watch it on my own.
Majanka @ I Heart Reading.
Hi Majanka! It’s well worth seeing. Though I didn’t find it especially scary (it had some chilling moments), I loved the romance, the costumes and setting and the story. I think the DVD is coming out in February.
