It’s probably safe to say most of us have feel-good movies–the ones we watch when we’re down or when we just want to escape from everyday life. For some, their feel-good movies are comedy, romance or maybe action. For me, most of my feel-good movies are horror.
I have quite a list of favorite horror movies, so I’m going to share just ten of my feel-good movies. I narrowed it down using only movies that have been on my list for 20+ years.
- Fright Night (1985)
- Fright Night Part 2 (1988)
- The Howling (1981)
- Silver Bullet (1985)
- The Bat (1959)
- Count Yorga, Vampire (1970)
- The Beast Must Die (1974)
- Vamp (1986)
- Once Bitten (1985)
- Curse of the Werewolf (1961)
