Hi everyone. I\u2019m Erzabet Bishop and I write all manner of erotic romance. I\u2019ve always been a writer, but it hasn\u2019t been until the last few years that a hobby has become my passion. By day (and night as the schedule demands) I am a bookstore manager, dog mom to a pack of fur-babies and wife to a wonderfully supportive husband. He brings me chocolate covered raisins so I can write. How can you not love a man who does that? And he watches werewolf movies with me. Double score.<\/p>\n

How long have you been a werewolf fan?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Forever. I remember sneaking into the living room when my parents weren\u2019t looking to try to catch some late night monster movies. I even have a werewolf bust in my monster themed office upstairs.<\/p>\n

What was the first werewolf movie you ever saw or the first werewolf story you ever read?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh wow. I can remember the old black and white Lon Chaney werewolf movies from when I was a kid. I think my first book had to have been Cycle of the Werewolf by Stephen King. I remember the part where the wolf is holding the housewife and she holds him like a lover even as he leans down to tear out her throat. That hooked me-bad.<\/p>\n

What’s your favorite thing about werewolves?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pure visceral power. They are animal and man in one awe inspiring being. They are a part of\u00a0 nature and apart from it at the same time.<\/p>\n

Do you think werewolves are frightening?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. But you have to respect their strength and love them for it.<\/p>\n

If you could become a werewolf, would you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

Do you prefer werewolves who possess the physical qualities of both human and wolf (for example Lon Chaney’s Wolf Man) or do you prefer werewolves who resemble a regular wolf (for example Peter Rumancek from Hemlock Grove)?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love them both for different reasons. Some stories lend themselves well to one or the other. In Wicked for You, I have both hybrid wolves that are bipedal and natural type wolves.<\/p>\n

Do you prefer werewolves as mindless beasts or as creatures able to think like humans?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I like it better when they think like a combination of the wolf nature and their human side-they are dual natured and in my stories I try to portray that.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite werewolf book or short story?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh that\u2019s tough. Give me all of them. Lol. I love Celia Kyle and Mina Carter shifter books. Some of theirs are wolves. I also love the Black Hills Wolves series from Decadent Publishing. Those guys are hotties.<\/p>\n

Why did you decide to write a werewolf story (or series)? <\/strong><\/p>\n

The voices of the characters just won\u2019t pipe down. Lol. Howling all the time\u2026No, seriously. Carrick, the new Alpha of the Westmore pack needed to make things right and reclaim his sister and mate and I needed to tell the story. There is more to come. A series if you will.<\/p>\n

I also have a wonderful story coming out in a top secret project this spring that involves a pack of werewolves and m\u00e9nage. I hope you\u2019ll follow my Amazon page so you don\u2019t miss anything.<\/p>\n

Would you tell us about your latest werewolf story?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. Wicked for You is the story of Carrick, who with his father, goes to take down an alpha gone wrong. In the story he encounters his mate, captured with his sister and frees them at a great cost. Then he loses track of his mate, searching for her in a Cinderella style story of found love.<\/p>\n

Does your character enjoy being a werewolf?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the time. Until he had to face an army of gold digging wolf girls who wanted to be his mate because of his alpha status. (Poor Carrick.)<\/p>\n

Is your werewolf character the protagonist or antagonist of your story?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Protagonist.<\/p>\n

Is your werewolf involved in a romance? If so, how does his\/her lover feel about him\/her being a werewolf?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. He has to find a mate during the Gathering or risk being taken out as Alpha of the pack. His lady love has been in hiding but has come back due to pack law. When they connect, its fireworks.<\/p>\n

What’s the biggest problem faced by your werewolf?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Wicked for You, it is finding his mate. As the series progresses, his security company will encounter all manner of difficulty when the hybrid wolves created by the last alpha and pack politics rear their ugly heads. I have a spin-off of this series in a new gargoyle m\u00e9nage coming soon from All Romance called Heart\u2019s Protector. Carrick has brought on some gargoyles to help with security and well\u2026let\u2019s just say there is love in the um\u2026wings. *snort*<\/p>\n

Please share a favorite quote from your werewolf.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A gasp sounded from the shadows and Jess emerged with another young woman in tow. Her face blurred from a partial shift, a single whisker protruded from her tear streaked face. The scent of cinnamon and blood wafted toward him. She had been wounded. Her anger blazed through her tears and as her eyes connected with his, a stirring rose inside him.<\/p>\n

Protect.<\/p>\n

The feeling rocketed through him like a bolt of lightning.<\/p>\n

Mine.<\/p>\n

Carrick staggered back, struck by the sudden visceral emotion that infused both wolf and man.<\/p>\n

Mate.<\/p>\n

Who was she? Why had he not scented her before at any of the pack functions? It didn\u2019t matter. He put his hand up to grasp the metal bar. Electric shocks slid along his skin as her fingers slid over his for the briefest of seconds.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2026\u201d she whispered. \u201cI\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll get you out.\u201d He brushed his thumb over her finger and shivered at the energy between them. She was his. His wolf wholeheartedly agreed, running in circles and yipping. His cock stirred to life and he shook himself. Not now. They had to survive this first. The beast threatened the woman destined to be his mate. His wolf howled inside of him, clawing and scraping to get out. His eyes followed the sharp tang of blood and narrowed down on a bite wound on her shoulder.<\/p>\n

The bastards had tried to force a mating on her. It was just a question of which one had done it.<\/p>\n

Hands down, it has to be Wolf with Jack Nicholson. God I love that movie.<\/p>\n

He wanted to break the double doors open and bound into the woods rather than face the torment waiting for him in the grounds outside. Women. Hundreds of single wolfy females. He\u2019d turned the Westmore Estate from a near financial ruin to a lucrative operation centered on the newly formed security company owned by him and his second, Reid. Where people had once feared shifters for their propensity for violence because of Justin and his henchmen, he\u2019d turned the tide and people paid for their protection. Handsomely. So much so that when the media had heard about the weekend\u2019s festivities, he\u2019d been dubbed the Ultimate Bachelor.<\/p>\n

It made him fucking nauseous.<\/p>\n

The one person he needed to find and he couldn\u2019t and it made him crazy. Now, in a matter of a few days, he would either have to relinquish his role as Alpha or marry a gold digging piece of arm candy. The closest person he\u2019d found was a barista at the coffee place he frequented but she didn\u2019t look anything like the girl in his dreams. And now whenever she saw him coming, she hightailed it for the hills.<\/p>\n

But she had popped a whisker.<\/p>\n
