In The Beast Must Die<\/strong>, a group of people are invited to the country estate of the wealthy Tom Newcliffe. He suspects one of his guests is a werewolf and intends to hunt him–or her–down.<\/p>\n

Newcliffe is an intriguing character, one who’s not easy to like, but at the same time admirable. He’s accustomed to success and knows he will find and destroy the werewolf. While he has heroic qualities, he’s also arrogant and single-minded to the point of being self-destructive. He’s inflexible and dangerous to others, even those he loves.<\/p>\n

Trapped on Newcliffe’s property, the werewolf continues to strike. As Newcliffe closes in, will anyone survive?<\/p>\n

This movie is one of my all-time favorites from the 1970s. I enjoyed the “who done it” theme and the secluded setting. If you like 70s horror movies or werewolf movies, I recommend The Beast Must Die<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
