\"Dance<\/a>Are you a magical creature or are you a different species?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m a magical creature of course, one of the fey. I\u2019m a baobhan sith (ba vawn shee). We live under hill but cross over to the earthly realm to target handsome men on the road at night and dance with them until the men grow exhausted. We transform our long nails into talons and rake them across the men\u2019s backs. Clawing at our victim\u2019s skin, draining their blood, then drinking it. But I don\u2019t do that anymore. Not since I fell in love with Ian, a human.<\/p>\n

How do you feel about humans?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well I didn\u2019t think too much of humans, until one of them, Ian, captured me. When a human captures you or is able to resist your seductions you become their slave. But it went further than that, I fell in love with him. I don\u2019t wan tot spoil the story but when I fell in love with him that caused something else to happen to me. And I guess you could say that I like humans quite a lot now.<\/p>\n

Are there many others like you? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, five more\u2026my sisters. There are six of us all together. I am the first to fall in love with a human.<\/p>\n

Where are you from? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I live under hill, some call it the Otherworld, with other fey and all the Celtic gods and goddesses. It\u2019s in a different realm than earth I travel between the two realms by using a cairn as a portal.<\/p>\n

What is your main purpose in life? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I am dark fey and so my main purpose is to serve Morrigan as all dark fey are aspects of that goddess.<\/p>\n

Do you have a love interest? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, he\u2019s a human. He is everything to me. In the long years of my life, which stretched to time to of mind, I only seduced men for want of their blood\u2026to feed. Never before had I felt a hot breeze blow inside me when I looked a man. But I do with Ian. I can\u2019t take my eyes off of him. He captured my body, but we both captured each other\u2019s hearts.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrother, are you afraid of a pile of old stones?\u201d Calin threw his head back and rocked with laughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a cairn.\u201d Ian\u2019s heart still thudded from the near miss. \u201cAny who disturb it will be cursed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI dare you to knock it over.\u201d Errol crossed his arms over his chest.<\/p>\n

Ian stepped back, a horrified look on his handsome face. \u201cI will not.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI will.\u201d With long, sure strides, Tavish stepped toward the ancient gravesite.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo not do it.\u201d Ian\u2019s belly clenched even tighter, until he felt sharp jabs of pain.<\/p>\n

Before the other six could stop him, Tavish drew back his foot and crashed it into the sacred cairn with a hard kick. A loud, sharp gasp from each of his brothers hung in the air. One lone stone rolled free of the mound.<\/p>\n

Malcolm\u2019s mouth dropped open. \u201cYou disturbed the fey.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve done it now.\u201d Lachlan stepped back, attempting to separate himself from the sacrilege.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe dared me.\u201d Tavish pointed at Errol. \u201cI had to do it, now didn\u2019t I?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol\u2019s a turnip-headed bampot,\u201d Calin shouted. \u201cYou too, Tavish.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not like it.\u201d Ian shook his head. \u201cIt\u2019s sacred. It\u2019s cursed.\u201d The knot in his stomach froze, growing as cold as ice.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is bad.\u201d Angus shook his head.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s keep walking.\u201d Calin slid his foot forward with a confident stride.<\/p>\n

Malcolm bobbed his head. \u201cWe should hurry home before something happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are,\u201d Errol snapped. \u201cWe\u2019re in this field taking a shortcut, remember?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCome on.\u201d Malcolm headed away from the disturbed monument. \u201cWalk faster.\u201d He took the lead as the others followed.<\/p>\n

\u201cLook.\u201d Ian came to an abrupt stop.<\/p>\n

His brothers froze as their gazes turned to where he pointed his finger. Seven women, all in odd dresses of green tartan silk, stood beside the cairn. Their lush, scarlet lips curved into smiles as seductive as warm kisses.<\/p>\n
