ARC Team Rules and Sign Up Form
Thank you for your interest in joining my review team! Here’s what you need to know.
The ARC team is open to readers 18 years old and over. There are a limited number of spots on the team.
Members of the ARC team will have access to this private ARC Team site. The privacy policy for the ARC team site can be found here on its front page. On the site, you’ll find links to download review copies of my indie books, sample chapters from published books so that you can decide what you’d like to read, and sneak peeks/behind the scenes info about upcoming books.
Review copies of most of my indie published books are available for you to download in pdf, mobi, and epub format through StoryOrigin. Links to each book can be found at the ARC team site, which is accessible after you join. Indie books not posted on StoryOrigin are available upon request and emailed to you.
For my Changeling Press books, my publisher will provide you with an ARC. All you need to do is let me know which title(s) you’re interested in reading.
You will receive an email when ARCs of upcoming books are available. I’ll also send emails when there is new content on the ARC team site.
If you are so inclined, after reading a book, I ask that you leave a review at the site of your choice, for example Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, or Smashwords. For upcoming releases, it helps if you can review within a month or two, but life happens and that’s not always possible. Please leave an honest review. If you like the book, that’s great, but if you don’t, please speak your mind. Not everyone connects with every book. Honest reviews help readers find books that are right for them.
When you review, the FTC requires that you disclose that you were given a free copy of the book, something like “I received a free copy of this book and I’m leaving an honest review.”
If you want to be removed from the ARC team at any time, just email me at katehill2@yahoo.com or katehill@kate-hill.com, and I will remove you.
Finally, I ask that you please don’t upload your review copies to any sharing/pirate sites.
