Good morning! Please welcome guest blogger Pamela Aares. Though I will be away for most of the day, please feel free to leave comments for Pamela and I will post them as soon as I return. Thank you!

Whom do you wish your significant other looked like? Hey, we ladies have fantasies, too.
I’m a lucky girl– I’m married to a very handsome, very athletic (read: muscles) Major League Baseball All-Star. If I weren’t– hmm… I’d be a Clooney girl, or maybe Kit Harington from Game of Thrones? Oh and then there’s Jamie Dornan…, just sayin’ 🙂
If you had your choice between the mountains, beach or large city, where would you choose to vacation?
I grew up on the ocean in Florida and am a huge beach lover. There’s nothing as relaxing as a slight beach breeze, a bed that looks out over the sea and… well I’ll let readers fill in the rest!
Tell us about a romantic moment in your life.
My husband surprised me and put a new watering system around my roses– he knew how much I loved the blossoms and the scent and he just went out and did it. I was so touched. One time I came home and he’d put huge bouquets of flowers in every room! (Can you tell I love flowers?). But maybe the most touching moment was when he told me that all the good things in his life, the things he really treasured had come about because of me. I feel the same about him. We’re a team.
I think so many moments can be romantic if one is present to one’s heart. I mean I could’ve said a night by the sea in Fiji when we had musicians serenading us and floating candles bobbing near our table in the sea… but really, sometimes it’s those moments that crack through the usual day-to-day and just have “I love you” written all over them in simple, heartfelt terms.
Love on the Line, Book #4 in the Heart of the Game— I’m so excited to have the four books out there! Here’s a sneak peek of Love on the Line:
Hiding her identity was a small price to pay for freedom . . .
Heiress Cara Barrington fled the opulent world of her rich and famous family to carve out an idyllic existence on the California Coast. In the sleepy town of Albion Bay, she’s embraced the simple way of living she’s always craved. No one knows her identity, and she’s free from the pressures of wealth . . . until her sexy new neighbor threatens the unpretentious world she’s worked so hard to build.
All-Star athlete Ryan Rea enjoys his high-profile status. He’s used to charming his way into the heart and bed of any woman he desires while keeping his own heart secure behind a steel wall. When he meets Cara, she throws him a curveball—she’s unlike any woman he’s ever met, and he has to have her.
Cara’s growing attraction to Ryan endangers her hard-won anonymity, and when she inherits the family business, she must choose between the world she left behind and her new life in the community she’s come to cherish. But facing up to her responsibilities could destroy her freedom and cost her the greatest love she’s ever known.
