Friday the 13th. I remember watching several movies in the series with my friend during a sleepover in seventh grade, and screaming with her and yelling at the TV. Fun times!

Although my list was relatively long, and challenging to narrow down to one movie, I’d have to say that one of my favorite horror movies would have to be The Conjuring. With the underlying true story to raise the unease, and the fascination with paranormal investigators, this story enthralled me from the start.

DRACULA starring Frank Langella. It’s sensual and romantic yet also contains scenes of genuine horror, such as the appearance of Van Helsing’s daughter as a vampire. On a lighter note, I’m a big fan of MY MOM’S GOT A DATE WITH A VAMPIRE—very funny kids’ movie!
