What is one of your favorite things about writing?
I’m a daydreamer and frequently find myself thinking of worlds and scenarios outside my everyday life. I enjoy the process of creating characters and having them interact with eachother, building out a story that (if I’ve done everything right) is compelling to read.
What do you like best about writing erotic romance?
The balance between tension and passion. I like exploring charged moments, that slow build up as the characters come to know and desire one another.
What are your favorite research resources?
My husband is a big source of inspiration for me, and he is always more than willing to help me with research.
Would you tell us about your latest release?
My erotic romance, The Contract, has just come out. It’s a story about a somewhat naive woman who finds herself drawn to a powerful man that she accidentally learns is interested in domination and control. Tentatively, she agrees to explore his world and find herself becoming immersed in the lifestyle as she falls for him.
What are you working on now?
The Contract is part one of my Entangled series, and I’m currently working on book two – The Bond.
Do you have an excerpt from your latest release you would like to share?
I looked him in the eyes, genuinely curious. “What was that contract for, Hunter?”
“Well, Sienna, I guess you could say I have somewhat unconventional relationships. I never intended for you to see that, I keep that part of my life fairly private and hope I can count on your discretion.”
“Oh, of course. Everyone deserves privacy, Hunter, I had just never see seen anything like that and I was a bit curious, that’s all.”
Hunter took another sip of his drink and grinned at me. “How curious are you exactly, Sienna?”
My cheeks flushed bright red as he stared into me. I looked around the crowded bar and decided to take the seat beside him so that I could discretely ask him a few more questions.

Do you have any particular writing habits? (Listening to music, best time of day to write, etc.)
I keep a notebook in my purse and try to write whenever I get a flash of inspiration. Maybe I saw an interaction between two people that inspires me or an unusual setting. At home I enjoy listening to sultry music to put me in the mood. Other times I write on my laptop at my favorite lounge while I enjoy a cocktail.
