In these days of mega weddings, mit is interesting to see how many people go for the quiet and simpler events. Mine was small in a base chapel, nice dinner at the roof-top restaurant of only my groom and myself, We had great service as he was in his dress blues and me my wedding dress. Then used a three-day pass to New Orleans.
Sweet and simple often seems to be the way to go: less stress, less hassle, less expensive.

I’m with you, Kate. I’ve been married twice, and they were both small and simple weddings with only a few people there.
