This week’s topic for the Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge is “How I Take Care of My Health.”
The most consistent way I take care of my health is by exercising regularly. I enjoy working out, and it’s the main way I relieve stress. Some of my favorite workouts include hula hooping, calisthenics, walk aerobics, and weight training.

I enjoy working out, too! I lift weights a few times a week. What are walk aerobics? I take long, brisk walks when the weather is okay for that, but I’ve never heard of walk aerobics.
