Everyone needs to recharge sometimes, and different parts of yourself need to be recharged at different times. These are some of my favorite ways to recharge.
To recharge my body, I enjoy working out regularly. Sometimes I need an intense workout to relieve stress, and other times I need a mild workout to relax.
To recharge my mind, I like to watch a favorite movie or TV show or read a favorite book.
To recharge my writing, sometimes I need to put away the project I’m working on and write something else, whether it’s poetry or a journal entry or another story I’ve been wanting to write.
