Play Misty for me stands out here. Willard gave me the willies!
Oh my, you’re just a baby! I was ancient in 1971 (I was 8.) I remember the Planet of the Apes movies well. When I stayed with my grandparents, I would sneak out of bed to watch them on the late show that came on after the news.
What a great idea for a 13! Country Dew was NOT “ancient” in 1971! I was at 14, a freshman in high school! Too young for most of those movies. I haven’t seen most of them to this day either. #6 maybe when it was new, and only #7 and #13 later. I hate to admit I don’t even recognize some of their titles.
I haven’t thought about Play Misty for Me in YEARS. That was a seriously creepy flick!
It was!
A lot of them are horror movies. I’m a huge horror fan. 🙂
Yes, I loved the Planet of the Apes movies. It’s funny, but I first watched those movies with my grandmother.
Yes, they’re both creepy. I also love the version of Willard that came out in 2003.
