To me, the best TV show of 2021 was Cobra Kai (seasons 3 and 4 released in 2021). Back in the 80s, I was a fan of the Karate Kid movies, and I can’t believe how fantastic the Cobra Kai series is. It’s been faithful to the original, but in many ways it’s even better. It’s turned characters I loathed into ones I now love, it’s brought back worst of the worst villains, and it’s introduced some great new characters. Every season keeps getting better. It was definitely my favorite show in 2021, and I can’t wait to see what happens this year in season 5.
