I’m never truly ready for winter, but the best way to get in the mood for it is to list 13 things I like about it, so here goes. 🙂
Thirteen Things I Like About Winter
- Even if I don’t like to shovel, winter is pretty.
2. I like to bake during the winter. I bake at other times, but for some reason it’s more fun in the winter.
3. Watching Christmas horror movies.
4. Watching holiday movies in general.
5. Drinking mint hot chocolate.
6. Getting warm by the wood stove.
7 Watching my pets get warm by the wood stove.
8. Watching dogs play in the snow.
9. Preparing for the holidays.
10, Getting home after driving in the snow on a winter night.
11. Decorating the Christmas tree.
12. Making vegan eggnog.
13. Listening to holiday music.

I agree with just about all the things on your list, but the snow. I live in Hawai’i so not a lot of that! I do miss it sometimes, though!
I thought I liked NOTHING! about winter – but it is kinda cute to see my cat hog the heater.
I like the lights and decorations that others put up. I used to enjoy baking but as my family has diminished so too has my desire to do that. Great list.
I can see why you like winter! I like drinking hot cocoa, feeling comfy cozy warm, and sticking my head out the door to smell the cold, crisp air.
