- Stuffing (my favorite!)
- Homemade cranberry sauce (I make mine without orange juice)
- Roasted sweet potatoes
- Broccoli rabe (Dad’s recipe)
- Rice and beans (another favorite)
- Mashed potatoes (not one of my favorites, but my family loves them)
- Seasoned mixed vegetables
- Biscuits
- Vegan maple butter (Yum!)
- Vegan eggnog
- Pumpkin muffins (Another by Dad. Got to have something pumpkin!)
- Chocolate coconut balls
- Chocolate chip cookies

Since you’re eating vegetarian, you probably wouldn’t like our meal – this year we are foregoing turkey and having steak and baked potatoes.
While we didn’t grow up celebrating Thanksgiving, we adopted this celebration like many others after moving to the US. And our Thanksgiving meal, is more of an Indian vegetarian take on the menu with some traditional Thanksgiving (Vegetarian as well) options thrown in too
Sounds lovely. I made pumpkin cornbread for the first time, but I don’t think it was vegetarian.
Maple butter sounds divine. I will have to investigate.
