I’ve fallen a little behind with posting and visiting blogs, but with my upcoming Halloween event almost completely set up, I can get back to usual!
This week’s excerpt is from my new release, Caleb.
Excerpt from Caleb:
I caught Tia’s familiar scent just as the female wolf darted past me, grazing my side with her muzzle. I sensed her amusement. She taunted me with a howl, urging me to shift shape and catch her if I still remembered how to truly run.
My teeth lengthened and power surged through my fur-covered limbs.
Tia was a dark speck in the distance, but as my speed increased I closed in on her until we raced side by side. I leapt, knocking her onto the grass and pinning her beneath me. The musky scent of her arousal teased my nose.
I’ve missed you, Caleb. She communicated silently with me as our teeth locked and our claws raked each other’s bodies. We shifted, human to wolf and back again, claiming each other with rapture and the thrill of love rediscovered.
